About Us
We are the Roesch's - Al & Tammy. We are "old-fashioned, conservative Seventh Day Adventists". I was raised an Adventist and Al became one, shortly before we met. We met at what was then Southern Missionary College (SMC) 27 years ago. Today it is called "Southern College". We have five children; Veronica, who is an RN in the ER in TN, Erin, who is a Paramedic here in OHIO, Dustin, who is working construction in TN, Levi, who is currently going to college in Cleveland, and Laura, who is a Junior in a local Christian Academy here in OHIO. Al was a mailman for 17 years, and finally quit the Post Office in order to help me take care of the children and run our Health Food store. Currently, Al and I are busy working our Better Than Greens business from our home, here in OHIO. Al also writes books.
Several years ago, he started writing, and has since published two books - "The New World Order, Part of Adventism?" (this book is probably not what you think it is by the title, we'll explain that later...) and "Another Jesus, Even Among Conservative Adventists?" The second book is my favorite - it is about what Jesus' character was like, and how Jesus responded to temptation, and what our experience should be like. You know, Ellen White tells us - "When the character of Christ shall be perfectly reproduced in His people, then He will come to claim them as His own." {COL 69.1} There couldn't be a more important study!
I am a Master Herbalist (I am certified through Dr. Christopher's School of Natural Healing), and I love helping people get well! I'm currently working on my ND. My husband and I owned and operated a health food store for 10 years, (and just sold it in January of '05, ) we learned a lot, just working with so many people who were sick, over the years. If you are not well, please feel free to call, (440-224-2227) and I'll try to help you any way I can. I am not a Doctor, and don't pretend to be one, and any advice given is just suggestions, you must clear everything with your Doctor. Al and I are strong believers in the Spirit of Prophecy, the writings of Ellen G. White, and thank God everyday for giving us so much light and counsel on almost every subject there is!
